The article further explains that Michael became a Realtor 8 years ago, and his better half Anita got her Realtors license 3 years ago. In this short span of time, the two have achieved the heights with their dedication, commitment, and hard work. Talking about their business, Michael said to Wade that he felt a comfort level more with Anita than other agents. Thus he finally thought that he could do real estate better with Anita. 

So far, the two have completed more than 200 real estate transactions, which amount to tens of millions of dollars in real estate transacted. In recognition of their contribution to real estate, Marchena Home Team (Michael and Anita) has been the recipient of numerous awards. Talking in a light mood, the two said that they should not be called ‘Realtors’; instead, they should be named ‘problem solvers.’ Before joining in real estate business, Michael was in online marketing and had a printing company specializing in graphic designing, whereas his wife Anita was a hairdresser.
