New York City Event Venue 583 Park Avenue Celebrates 14th Anniversary

583 Park Avenue is celebrating their 14th Anniversary, which commemorates 14 years of success as a premier New York City event space. Since 2006 the Church located at 583 Park Avenue entered a 30-year lease agreement with The Rose Group, allowing them to hold events in the space in return for rental payments, percentage of profits, building’s taxes and utilities and capital improvements. After the Church received permission from the Department of Buildings to transform the space to be used as both a house of worship and social hall the Rose Group immediately began restoring the historic building. At a cost of just over $9.5 million to repair the landmark building, the church would have been in danger of falling into disrepair without the investment from the Rose Group. 14 years in business this is a huge milestone for the 583 Park Avenue, New York, NY, 10065-based Event Venue business. This event venue has held hundreds of events from Social, Corporate to non-profit organization fundraisers in New York City. The building has become so popular and well known that now cleints from other cities from all over the world hold events at 583 Park Avenus.

583 Park Avenue got it’s start in 2006 founded by The Rose Group As Chairman of The Rose Group since 2004, Louis Rose is committed to the restoration and preservation of historic venues, delicious cuisine, and exceptional service. Since beginning his career in hospitality, Louis has worked on projects such as the opening of Cipriani Wall Street in 1997,discovering of Cipriani 42nd Street in 1998, and working with his father to redevelop The Rainbow Room into a full-time catering and events facility. In 2004, Louis founded the hospitality development company known today as The Rose Group. Before forming the organization, the Rose’s oversaw the management of Cipriani’s New York catering division. During their time with Cipriani, the family opened and redeveloped several venues, helping Cipriani become one of the top hospitality groups in the northeast. In the firm’s infancy, The Rose Group acted as event venue consultants, working with several world-renowned clients, including The Plaza Athenee Hotel, The Carlyle Hotel, and The Millennium Broadway Hotel. From 2004 to 2006, the group managed the event venue Capitale on New York’s Lower East Side. In 2006, The Rose Group entered an agreement to redevelop and manage Guastavino’s, a NYC interior landmark, located under the The 59th Street Bridge. In the same year, they embarked on a lease agreement, at the historic and landmarked building, 583 Park Avenue.
