Neale shares from his own experiences about what works and does not work with kids today. He also gives valuable insights into how to create a team that not only wins on the field but in life as well.
Neale was born and raised in Auburn Washington, and currently attends high school. After graduating, he hopes to pursue a career in coaching football, his favorite sport.
