JWH Site Strives to Initiate Change and Equality for Black Communities

July 18th, 2020 – The Justice Wealth and Health Organization has launched a website to highlight the organization’s mission of identifying and solving disparities in health, wealth and justice enjoyed by black minority communities in the US.

Founded by Malik Ali, the site calls attention to social injustices and highlights disparities that still exist in the society. The aim of the organization is to save lives from injustice, poor health and lack of wealth and to correct inequalities passed down over many generations.

The site carries historical anecdotes that talk about the immense quantum of injustices meted out to members of the black minority community over the years. The site emphasises the fact that African Americans have never had a chance to help themselves because they were too busy enhancing the lives of others. The site also seeks to correct the past mistakes by providing a unified face of action that would compel lawmakers to make changes in laws to help the Black community.

One of the missions of the site is to use legal services in all 50 states to discourage police brutality and ensure that the accused Blacks have access to legal representation. Promoters are also planning to use electronic media and the Mutual Dignity app to livestream improper behaviour of police and other state officials. Complaints would be escalated to higher authorities if lower levels of the administration fail in their duties. The site is also to put pressure on policy makers to ensure that police procedures are transparent and within the limits of accepted legal norms.

The site also focuses into the current wealth and health gaps between Black Americans and others and suggests measures to remedy the problem. It highlights the reasons for the differences in health and wealth levels between the Black and the white populations. Examples indicate how Black wealth, which has a direct bearing on health, was systematically curtailed over the years after the civil war.

The site also explains how the Black community can rebuild itself by investing judiciously and by building facilities that take care of its members. As part of its health-focussed measures, the site is also encouraging the use of vitamins to beat Covid-19.
